L&amp;rsquo;&amp;eacute;tude de deux territoires embl&amp;eacute;matiques de ces &amp;eacute;meutes &amp;mdash; Clichy-sous-Bois et Grigny &amp;mdash; &amp;eacute;claire la constitution d&amp;rsquo;un ghetto, et ce qui le caract&amp;eacute;rise : l&amp;rsquo;enclavement des grands-ensembles v&amp;eacute;tustes, un fort taux de personnes d&amp;rsquo;origine maghr&amp;eacute;bine ou africaine, la pauvret&amp;eacute; et la d&amp;eacute;linquance... qui produisent un ph&amp;eacute;nom&amp;egrave;ne d&amp;rsquo;&amp;eacute;vitement.&lt;/div&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
Boucs &amp;eacute;missaires de la crise, les immigr&amp;eacute;s en provenance du Maghreb et d&amp;rsquo;Afrique sub-saharienne, et leurs descendants &amp;mdash; la deuxi&amp;egrave;me et la troisi&amp;egrave;me g&amp;eacute;n&amp;eacute;ration, pourtant en th&amp;eacute;orie des citoyens &amp;agrave; part enti&amp;egrave;re &amp;mdash; tiennent en effet une place &amp;agrave; part dans la nation, en raison de l&amp;rsquo;histoire coloniale.&lt;/div&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
Depuis les ann&amp;eacute;es 1980, des militants antiracistes, de l&amp;rsquo;immigration ou des banlieues ont donc tent&amp;eacute; de faire entendre leur voix. Mais pr&amp;egrave;s de 30 ans apr&amp;egrave;s la Marche pour l&amp;rsquo;&amp;Eacute;galit&amp;eacute;, la d&amp;eacute;ception est grande, amenant &amp;agrave; la radicalisation d&amp;rsquo;une partie de ces militants, tandis que certains intellectuels post-colonialistes s&amp;rsquo;attaquent &amp;agrave; l&amp;rsquo;id&amp;eacute;e m&amp;ecirc;me de nation.&lt;/div&gt;

Entre guerre des m&amp;eacute;moires, aggravation de la violence, d&amp;eacute;t&amp;eacute;rioration de la situation sociale dans les ghettos, et mont&amp;eacute;e du racisme, il est urgent d&amp;rsquo;amender le roman national...&lt;/div&gt;
